Norris Lake Floating House, Great Fun On the Water

Our floating lake house provides a unique way to experience nature. It is fully floating, meaning it is only accessible via boat. We will provide a canoe for your convenience to access the location. Water is filtered via a UV filter (safe for everyday activities). There is a hot water heater. There is AC, with a kitchen that has a fully functional fridge, stovetop, oven, and microwave. The living room has a flat screen with a soundbar and a blu-ray player. Many DVDs/blu-rays are provided.

Immaculate 70' Houseboat easy walk to DT Knox

Tired of staying in the same old stuffy boring hotel room? So were we so we decided to own our own Houseboat on the Tennessee River, where we could walk to just about everything. The “Moonlight Madness” is docked at Volunteer Landing Marina in Knox. The marina is steps away from award winning “Ruth’s Chris” steakhouse and Calhoun’s On the River. We provide free parking pass, golf cart, 2 kayaks, 1 SUP, 2 cruiser bikes. We're in a covered slip but you can sun bath off the stern deck.

Stay on the water in unique upscale 2 story houseboat over 1000 sq ft. Luxury all the way. Within walking distance to historic Wilmington, Live Oak concert arena, river walk, restaurants, museums and convention center. The accommodations: 2 bedrooms with TVs , 2 full baths, 2 spacious living areas, 1 with large screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and 3 decks with seating, outside dining and bar. Linens, complimentary coffee and toiletries included as well as free parking.

This Houseboat has a newer bathroom remodel, queen bed in the front, two twin beds in a cuddy area with only a 2 1/2 foot ceilings, the table, folds down and couch can also be beds. You cannot swim around the boats due to electrical hook up at the marina. There are extra showers in the shelter and rustic outdoor showers or guests. I rent kayaks and life jackets for $25 per. It’s a peaceful setting here and I rent the house, houseboats, campers, and a tiny house. (Bring Firewood)

Knox Greenway walking and biking trail runs behind the marina. Neyland Stadium and Thompson Boling area are in walking distance. Pets w/approval and fee applies.

You won’t forget your adorable little “boat house” vaca! THE HOUSE IS FLOATING ON THE WATER & CAN ONLY BE REACHED BY WATER. You must either bring your own boat OR kayak OR rent a pontoon boat. Shore access can be via our SUP/kayaks once at the house. Please note there is no wifi. Lots of room to lay your heads, shower/change, and cook meals. All day water fun outside with kayaks, lily pad, & floats. Located at Powell Valley Marina in LaFolette! QUIET HOURS 10pm-8am

Another Day in Paradise - Floating Cottage

Welcome to Norris Lake! This great little cottage is floating on the lake within Whitman Hollow Marina. The home can only be accessed by boat, if you don’t have your own Whitman Hollow offers boat rentals, just call them in advance to reserve. Parking at the marina is free. If you have a boat the launch ramp is right around the corner from the marina and is also free. Jump (or slide) right off the dock into the lake!
