Auf diversen Terrassen findet ihr Sofas und Sessel zum verweilen - gerne könnt ihr Stuhl und Tisch in den Olivenhain oder ans Meer mitnehmen um euren eigenen Lieblingsplatz zu finden. Die beiden Apartments sind identisch ausgestattet und liegen nebeneinander mit separaten Eingängen - die Ausstattung ist nachhaltig und hochwertig.

Sie hat ein Schlafzimmer, einen Essbereich mit Küchenzeile und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Das Highlight ist die Sonnenterasse (18 m2) mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung verfügt über WLAN. Über das Grundstück sind es nur wenige Schritte zum eigenen Meerzugang.

Zavalatica is in the middle od the island, Korčula is 25 km away and Vela Luka 20 km. The sea is crystal clear, ideal for swimming, snorkeling and fishing. Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

The apartment is located in surrounding center of Hvar city. It is situated in a small house structure with only one apartment surrounded by beautiful garden and it is fully furnished. You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.

Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
