Our secluded cabin is surrounded by ancient oak tree forest and all the wildlife that comes with it. It’s so peaceful that you will only hear the river and the birds. Essential amenities found in nearby Porthmadog (10mins drive). Full refurbishment completed in 2024 featuring log burner and new modern kitchen and bathroom. Have fun with family and friends at this spacious, stylish property. Renovated in Jan-25 with open plan living space for up to 8 people in the heart of Blaenau Ffestiniog. Surrounded by the Snowdonia National Park, there are beautiful views of the mountains from the property and Zipworld and Bounce Below are less than a mile away. This is a lovely residential area and we ask that you are considerate of our neighbours who have to work each day so strictly no loud parties.

Cae Canol Bach provides a lovely romantic get away. Situated on the lower slopes of the Manod mountain you will be surrounded by spectacular views of the valleys flowing towards the sea. This cosy hideaway offers a galleried mezzanine bedroom above an open plan spacious living area with wood burning stove, kitchen and shower room. We allow well behaved pets who are NOT tempted by sheep. A 4x4 is required between October and April and recommended between April and October.

In the centre of the Unesco World Heritage site, Bodefryd is an unique, generously proportioned detached townhouse, with big, light rooms, high ceilings, and full of period features. The house is perfectly located for anything Eryri <Snowdonia>, with easy access to everywhere in the National Park. Bodefryd is also the kind of house you'd be happy spending a rainy day in. As hosts we are always trying to tread lighter with our world, and be kinder with all the humans.

Traditional 19th Century Slate Miners Cottage

A characterful original slate miner’s cottage dating from the late 1800s. Located in Tanygrisiau, just outside the historic slate-mining town of Blaenau Ffestiniog, the cottage is a short walk from local shops, amenities and the village pub. A narrow-gauge heritage steam railway runs along the bottom of the garden and can be seen from all rear-facing windows. Ideally placed for Llechwedd Slate Caverns, zip wires, mountain biking and mountain walks.
