Offering a wonderful contemporary and modern design throughout, finished to the highest possible specification. Guests can also enjoy 2 private hot tubs (designed for couples) which are situated in the private, tranquil gardens of the farmhouse, overlooking a wild Brook. On site treatment rooms are an optional extra for guests.

Spacious and homely, two big reception rooms and sociable kitchen area, bus outside the house 12-15 minutes to the city center, easy access to the motorways, big Tesco/ Library/ post office/5 minutes walk. Heaton Park 5 minutes drive. There is a sofa bed in one of the living rooms, which can accommodate two additional guests, increasing the house's capacity to 9 (11). However, please note that you will need to bring your own linen for the sofa bed. (check notes below to add 2 to 4 guests more)
