Our cottage is located in a very quiet residential area, 15mn to the beach (Bal Harbor area).20mn from both Miami and Fort Lauderdale Airports, Located in the backyard of the main house but separate and with an independent entry. Enjoy our tropical garden and beautiful pool, in the back of our house. Share with owner only, we give priority to our guests to enjoy it! Parking available in our front yard. No kitchen but microwave and fridge. TV, cable and WIFI. It is suggested to have a car.

Private 2-room suite with bath, partitioned from the main house (like one side of a duplex), with two private entrances (front and backyard) and a separate driveway. Direct access to backyard gardens & pool. * Not recommended for guests who want to cook, since there isn't a full-sized kitchen but a small kitchenette with limited counter space. Great for grilling outdoors, since there's a gas grill with propane provided.

Villa Canal with hot tub and backyard oasis

Unfortunately After March 1, 2026, we will need to service the Jacuzzi. The service for the Jacuzzi could take up to two months so we cannot offer the Jacuzzi / hot Tub after March 1. Casa Canal is a relaxing oasis surrounded by tropical plants and a Beautiful Canal. The canal is home to manatees, squirrels, bright green Iguanas, and at times wild green Parakeets in the tree canopy, Spend a quiet time fishing under the gumbo limbo tree while enjoying the tropical breeze.

Bay View Design District Apt, Pool, Gym & Parking

Enjoy the best of everything Miami has to offer at this centrally located Design District condo near Wynwood, Midtown, Downtown, Miami Beach and Mimo. Our condo has all the necessities of home with a fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, cozy living space and a spacious balcony with amazing bay and sunrise views. Resort-style amenities including a rooftop pool, full gym, BBQ grills, community work space and a complimentary parking spot in our covered garage are also included.
