Spinney is a real treat -our hip barn is full of character with exposed beams and brickwork. We've designed an open plan layout to maximise the space, creating the ultimate couples retreat. With a private courtyard garden to enjoy the indoor outdoor experience with bifold doors that stretch the entire width of the space. Spinney includes a fully equipped gallery kitchen and separate large wet room with a large walk in shower. We are ideally situated between the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon.

It`s extremely green with ground source heating, sits in the grounds of Orchard Cottage/Orchard Nursery with a paddock & small terrace garden. The apartment has its own private entrance, open plan living-dining-kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, one is a double bed & one is adult bunk beds. Bathroom has a walk in shower. Situated in the pretty Saxon village of Bidford on Avon with its many amenities such as restaurants, supermarket,various takeaway such asfish and chips,Indian chinese and pizza . The village has many interesting features a 15th century bridge12 century church and even the Falcon where Will Shakepeare drank many an ale.

The Duck House, Lakeside ,Woodland Log Cabin.

The Duck House is an open plan hand built wooden cabin situated in front of one of our lakes beside our beautiful private woodland which you have direct access to.. With views directly onto the lake it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the countryside. It is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom and has everything you will need for a long or short stay. Well behaved dog friendly. Explore our private woodland and lakes or the local footpaths. SORRY NO FISHING OR WIFI.

The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

The Annexe

Set in a small smallholding in a beautiful village location, on the border of the North Cotswolds, a rural and unique retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We have sheep, goats and chickens on site. Close to Shakespears birthplace Stratford-Upon-Avon, scenic Broadway, the market towns of Chipping Campden, Moreton in Marsh, Stow on the Wold and Bourton on the Water. Cheltenham and Worcester are also close by.

The Bear's Barn

The Bear's Barn at Alcester Heath Farm is a stunning, newly converted open-plan barn conversion with incredible countryside views. Situated just outside the beautiful market town of Alcester, 20 minutes from Stratford-upon-Avon, this accommodation is well equipped, and ideal for country walks and enjoying the Warwickshire countryside. With a king-sized bed and a sofa-bed, this is ideal for two people or a young family.
