An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.
