Comes complete with full kitchen facilities (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and even spices), bathroom with bathtub and shower, air conditioning/heat, satellite tv, WiFi,sometimes, and electric fire place. There is wood vinyl flooring throughout the house and a large washer/dryer, 42 in TVs in both bedrooms, and the living room has 65 in tv screen.
