We would like to welcome you to Oksana's Studio which is a newly renovated space with modern furnishings and fixtures. It opens onto a large and private outdoor living area where you can relax taking in the rural vista while having a BBQ or sitting by the fire after exploring the local beaches and national parks. The property is set in a peaceful, rural landscape with bushland and wildlife to explore. All within a short drive of Jervis Bay and surrounding areas.

The cottage has 2 King size bedrooms, the King beds can be split into 4King Singles upon request. 6.4 km drive (4mins) to the beach, 1.7 km flat walk to town. We are located in a quiet country lane just minutes from the cafes and shops of beautiful Berry. We are a working farm with guests very welcome to wander around the gardens and pastures interacting with cows, new born calves and horses. We may even be able to give you a lift to town in our vintage horse drawn buggy. This is truly a getaway to remember.
