1 bedroom self contained bungalow. The property is attached to our home but is independent and accessed only by the guests. No facilities are shared. The living room has a wood burning stove, a full HD projector and retro arcade console. Outside decking is private to enjoy the sunset and sunrise. Kitchen comes fully equipped with a 5 hob electric cooker, oven, fridge freezer as well as a microwave. Hill Cottage is a very comfortable self catering property on a hill in the small crofting township of Park Bernisdale, 9 miles from Portree, with a fantastic panoramic view out towards Harris in the Outer Hebrides. Even when the weather is not so good, the land, sea and sky combine to give an ever changing scene. The location is extremely peaceful and private with absolutely no passing traffic, a great base for visiting north and central Skye. Highland Council licence HI-30025-R and EPC rated C

The mezzanine level is accessed by a wooden staircase featuring a comfortable double bed. Situated just off the Scorrybreach trail this is the perfect launchpad for your Skye adventure.

Small but well formed- the pod is 3 meters x 4.8 meters. Beautiful setting by the sea. 10 minute drive from Portree. Close to local bus route. Plenty of local wildlife to sit and observe. Within walking distance of local hotel, for evening meals or drinks at the bar. Outside area with seating provided to enjoy. We now have WiFi available to guests.
