The Lake House is 1800 sq. ft. of complete relaxation. Dock your personal boat out back on 50 feet of the beautiful Oneida Lake South Shore and feel free to use the Paddle Board w/life jacket, the Kayaks w/ paddles or the fishing poles provided for Guest use. Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. A rustic unique Tree House on the Black River was designed for adults only who are looking to be off the grid and connect with Mother Nature...Glamping at its best! The very private Tree House is perched on a hill overlooking the peaceful river. The quaint seven sided treehouse has five sides of glass and screens to view the river. This is built around trees but you enter from ground level. A power pack is available to charge cell phones and make coffee. Relax by a campfire at river's edge.

This listing is on the second floor so there are about 15 stairs to climb.The Price is set per person. It is located a half mile from Dibbles Inn and 4.7 miles from Turning Stone Casino. This is a full apartment for guests to stay a day or a week. It has a full bath, full kitchen including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, Coffee machine with coffee caddy. There is are two bedrooms with a queen and a full size bed. Both couches recline (4).
