Besucht uns in unserem neu renovierten Ferienhaus auf dem über 1000 m² großen Grundstück mit direkt angrenzendem Bachlauf, überdachtem Balkon und großem Gartenbereich! Das 50 qm große Holzhaus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand und wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail aus seinem Dornröschenschlaf erweckt. Unser kleiner Rückzugsort wurde innen und außen grundlegend renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Nehmt euch eine Auszeit und ladet euren Akku bei gemütlichen Abenden am Kaminofen wieder auf :-)

The apartment is in the station building, which was built in 1868 by the Baden district building authority Heidelberg from local, yellowish sandstone. The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk from the beautiful old town. You find in few minutes to foot numerous ✔Cafés ✔Restaurants & ✔Shops. The famous blue tower can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and the river (Neckar) can also be reached on foot within a few minutes.

The tastefully furnished and well-equipped flat with balcony and with a wonderful view of the Mannheim skyline, the river and the Palatinate (21st floor) is very centrally located just a few minutes' walk from the city centre, the Luisenpark and the university clinic with direct tram connections in front of the door (city centre, train station, Heidelberg). Free parking at the weekend.

Schicke Wohnung Nähe Hauptbahnhof

Zentrumsnahe zwei Zimmer Wohnung mit Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer mit Balkon. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür. Der Hauptbahnhof Mannheim ist 7-10 Minuten zu Fuß oder 2 Straßenbahnhaltestellen entfernt. Die Rheinpromenade in der Umgebung lädt zum Joggen oder Spazieren ein. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind 10 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Bitte nur auf dem Balkon rauchen.
