Our cottage apartment (upstairs above a detached garage) is a quaint & intimate one room, 500 square foot getaway with a queen bed, full size sleeping loft, futon and couch (not a pull-out), as well as a gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances. Enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains, just 12 minutes from Red Rocks and Bear Creek Lake, 5 minutes from hiking, biking and paddle boarding at Chatfield State Park, 8 minutes from South Valley Park, 20 minutes from Denver, and 45 from DIA.

Mountain living and close to nature. Property is visited daily by one or more locals, deer, elk, red and black fox, a mountain lion, black horned squirrels, Setlers Jays. & Hummingbirds. North side deck has the Creek just below. A grassy sand beach along the creek , with picnic table and firepit at your disposal. Freshly updated one bedroom bungalow with two decks awaits you. Red Rocks & Denver Views

Newly renovated guest suite located near Red Rocks and Golden with private entry and private drive. Our place is great for those heading to a concert at Red Rocks or coming to/from the mountains! Easy access to Highway 6 and Interstate 70. We don’t recommend our guest suite for those with allergies to cats- our friendly cat lives upstairs with us but wanders downstairs between guests. And as we have a steep mountainside backyard, the Airbnb is not suitable for young children.

We recently renovated it to make it look modern, chic and cozy. It has a queen size bed and an additional queen size (pullout) sleeper.
