During the cooler months, remain warm and cozzy by the fire place whilst still enjoying the view. The house features 4 bedrooms, an open plan living area with a neat kitchen and bathroom. Manyana Beach is a stone throw away, or take a short drive to Inyadda Beach, Bendalong or Berringer Lake.

For those warm summer days we have Air-conditing to cool you down or an indoor wood heater to keep you cosy in the winter. Relax by the pool or indulge in some of the pristine beaches we have in the Manyana/Bendalong area and wash off in our outdoor shower. Sleeping up to 6 guests with the luxurious MicroCloud bedding you are sure to have a restful nights sleep.

One queen bed, and 2 king singles, wood fire, air con, bbq, spring free trampoline, and a large fenced garden. Park the car and walk everywhere. Paradise for outdoor enthusiasts...go boating, swimming, diving, surfing, bike riding, kayaking, paddle boarding, and bushwalking. Kangaroos visit the house, kids ride their bikes on the streets. Perfect for couples and small families.

The Lair, Kangaroo Valley is situated on 14 acres of pristine bushland. Nestled high it enjoys 180 degrees views into the Valley below. Architecturally designed, by Alexander Michael, with a Scandi aesthetic. Featuring 6 metre high ceilings, polished concrete floors and birch ply walls, along with extensive use of glass that adds a wonderful sense of space and warmth, allowing the light to stream in from sunrise to sunset. There is not a road, power line, fence or cliff to separate you from the ever-changing ocean, and your secluded cove-beach just 30 steps below. ONE host with just ONE home. Total focus on your visit. I am not able to welcome or host PETS as there is no fencing, with sensitive ocean reserve public land adjoining.
