With easy access to I-70 it's the perfect stop-over if you're on your way through town, but if you're planning on a longer visit it's also a comfortable and convenient place to stay while visiting family or friends or just exploring our fun small town. We have a lovingly restored 1863 brick Farm House designed to relieve stress and reintroduce you and your family to nature's awesome beauty. The house resides on a privately owned, multi-acre working farm listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Inside are 8 beautiful rooms with hardwood floors, fully updated Kitchen, 1st floor Utility Room with full bath, plus a 2nd floor shower & bathroom combo. Upstairs are 2 queen beds and 1 twin day bed, and downstairs is 1 queen couch bed.

This home features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to feel at home. 10 mins from Wheeling and the Ohio River. Walkable to downtown St. Clairsville. Easy access to I70. Also, there is a fenced in area to let your fur babies out.

Quiet Retreat in Friendly Village near Franciscan

Classic private loft suite with modern bathroom and parlor on the upper level of a beautiful Cape Cod house. Includes mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, AC units and fireplace. In the Friendly Village of Wintersville, close to Franciscan University and highway 22. Short walk to shopping, restaurants and bus stop. Use of washer, dryer, and are kitchen available downstairs by appointment for additional fees. Games, books, baby gate, extra beds, bedding etc, are available on request.

The Victorian

The Victorian is a large roomy house that is big enough for you and your loved ones. There is plenty of room to host groups of 18 or more guests at a time. Located 7 minutes off of I70 in the village of Barnesville which is nestled among the rolling hills of eastern Ohio. There is a heated pool that is available for your use during the summer months! Official pool season is Memorial Day to Labor Day. We can often times be open earlier and later than that but can’t guarantee it.

Grand By Design Farm Guest Suite

We love everything about our hillside home next to Grand Vue Park and enjoy how much our guest love it too. This space was designed with love and attention to detail. The extremely spacious suite with private entrance has a beautiful covered deck overlooking our hillside pasture and the wooded land behind us. An entire wall of windows offer perfect views. Many guest say the King size bed is most comfortable they have ever slept in . The bathroom is simply dreamy.

The Gibson House!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Wheeling casino, Ogelbay, Wheeling Park, 6 Golf Courses, and multiple restaurants are just a short drive away from this location. A few things are on the property. 1. Fishing poles are under the back porch. Feel free to use. 2. There is usually firewood on the side of the house. Feel free to use.

Come and visit our clean and cozy one bedroom cabin in the wooded hills of Guernsey county Ohio and relax on the spacious deck and listen to the sounds of nature, take a trail walk on the 19 acre property, or stay inside and ask Alexa to play your favorite tunes or stream a blockbuster movie on the 65" 4k UHD TV with 7.2.4 Dolby Atmos surround sound, the choice is yours.

The Bunker House

This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.

Sugar Shack Inn

Newly rebuilt cabin/house located in Edgewater Park, Piedmont lake is our neighbor, hunting is literally 25' away on Muskingum wildlife conservancy land. Lake is walking distance with public boat ramp a .5 mile away. Located in a culdesac which there is only one other cabin on this road, which is also owned by us. Great lake view and quiet.
