Wheeling casino, Ogelbay, Wheeling Park, 6 Golf Courses, and multiple restaurants are just a short drive away from this location. A few things are on the property. 1. Newly rebuilt cabin/house located in Edgewater Park, Piedmont lake is our neighbor, hunting is literally 25' away on Muskingum wildlife conservancy land. Lake is walking distance with public boat ramp a .5 mile away. Located in a culdesac which there is only one other cabin on this road, which is also owned by us. Great lake view and quiet.

Off-Grid Cabin at Dutton Ranch

Featured in Dwell Magazine in 2015, this entirely off-grid retreat was designed and built by architect Greg Dutton. Large glass windows exhibit breath-taking views of the wild countryside. A fireplace, pond and porch complete the setting for a perfect getaway.
