Relax in a very private courtyard with a pool, 3 sun decks with partly shaded areas or entertain friends and family around the BBQ area. The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. En effet Avignon centre se situe à 12 min en voiture (5min avec la navette ferroviaire), 10 min des parcs de loisirs Spirou et Wave. Visitez dans un rayon de 30 km tout ce qui fait l'attractivité de notre région (Gordes, les baux de Provence, le pont du Gard, Saint Rémy, le Mont Ventoux, fontaine de Vaucluse, Vaison la Romaine et les innombrables, villages touristiques)

Nous résidons dans une autre partie indépendante Vous pourrez vous prélasser au bord de la piscine chauffée (hors hiver froid) L'Isle sur la Sorgue est à 20km, le pied du Ventoux à 30mn. La gare TGV est à 20/30 mn (suivant circulation), A7 Avignon nord 15mn et 0range sud 10mn

Nous avons eu à cœur de mêler convivialité mais aussi intimité Grande Famille ? Groupe d'amis ? Nous proposons également 4 autres logements. ➜ EN PLEINE CAMPAGNE. 1 hectare 1/2 de terrain. Ce mazet (petit mas) est totalement indépendant avec jardin privatif et clos. La journée, vous pourrez profiter de la piscine et de son bed légendaire. Le soir, vous sortirez votre bonne bouteille de vin et direction le terrain de pétanque pour une bonne partie avec vue sur le Mont Ventoux.
