This is a beautiful, family friendly vacation destination that is centrally located. It is walking distance from the famous Pointe-du-Chêne wharf and only roughly 50 feet from the Parlee Beach trail, no need to drive around all day! This house is perfect for mature people, families, friends and for special occasions. This is also on a private, dead-end road for added privacy.

Sunrises and sunsets that recharge the soul. 20 feet from the shore's edge, it’s a wonderful place to kayak, gather quahogs and clams in the shallows in front of the cottage; and then, steam a captain's seafood feast. True ocean front relaxation. Ideal for a couple's retreat. Watch the sun rise in a blaze of glory during coffee on the patio. Stroll on the beach or relax in the warmest salt water north of Virginia. Large lot, my personal cottage is on the same property, you are welcome to enjoy the whole space. Ideal for paddle boarding, sea kayaking, wind surfing etc. My mother tongue is English, and I have a working knowledge of French. Only weekly bookings during July and August, Saturday to Saturday.
