The cabin is completely self contained set in its own garden. There are great walks and drives nearby. Or just spend time, sitting on the deck gazing at the magical view.

Set in a stunning peaceful location, Marthas Studio is a self-contained mezzanine accommodation. 15 minutes walk to Sneem with all of its amenities. The mezzanine level offers a super king bed, which can be adapted to 2 large twin beds; plus a small single bed. Open plan downstairs with well equipped kitchen, diner & sitting room , fridge, cooker, microwave, TV. Shower room & toilet are downstairs, together with cupboard space for clothing. Beautiful walks set in 17 acres and a hillside overlooking Dunmanus Bay. We welcome dogs.

It is situated on a large plot of land around 3 km from Durrus, next to the main house, and features a private entrance and its own outdoor area with several seating areas, one of which offers a stunning view of the sea, across Dunmanus Bay to Mizen Head.

We provide sourdough, homemade jam, a homemade tipple & a few staples on arrival. A rural retreat right in the heart of vibrant West Cork.

The Old Post Office (Urhan)

We have refurbished this fabulous old building in Urhan using local craftsmen. The building was originally a national school for many years from 1884. It then became a post office and shop for over 40 years. There are fabulous views of the sea at the front and views of the mountains at the rear of the property. It is very close to the Urhan Pub (less than 100 metres) so you can wander down for a pint of Guinness or a glass of wine and take in the breath-taking views of Coulagh bay.
