Lakeside Oasis Suite - Private Entrance & Deck

Relax & enjoy wildlife from the serenity of the suite, on deck chairs or in the brand new private hot tub! In summer, your private deck is perfect for watching eagles, loons, ducks, swans and fish while enjoying cocktails or BBQ. For the lake, use a stand up paddle board or canoe from our stash. Winter? bring your own skiis for the groomed trail on the lake. A neatly appointed kitchenette gets you through the basics. Use the grill for bigger meals. Max 2 guests, both 21 & older, no exceptions.

Cozy Alaska yurt - Full bathroom

Experience the Alaska lifestyle in our cozy, ON-grid yurt. Nestled a short walk up on the hillside, you'll be serenaded by squirrels and watch the trees rustling overhead from your new firm memory foam bed. Far from "roughing it", this yurt has all the amenities: hot and cold running (drinkable) water, electricity, a full kitchen and a shower. While there is a composting toilet inside the yurt, if you'd like to stick to a "normal" toilet, there is also a shared restroom near the parking area.

The Tree House is a custom masterpiece w/the view of all views; front door that belongs on a clipper ship; small fireplace, kitchenette, King bed, artistic staircase leading to a claw foot tub overlooking Lower Trail lake. It's a special place.Many friends have made this their honeymoon spot. In winter the toilet works but water line is frozen so we just built an all wooden bathroom in the main. lodge dual vanities and sinks, 100% private, clean, warm ,. great new shower and amenities.

Close to the Seward Harbor and on the road to Exit Glacier, we are nearby all of the action while still amidst wildlife and incredibly scenery. Our plush beds, comfy sofa, fully stocked kitchen, & custom shower make the indoors super comfortable; while our lounge chairs, picnic table, grill & fire pit will help you take in Alaska's beauty.

Cottage in the Woods

Kick back and relax in this quiet, cozy cabin in the woods! This two bedroom, two bathroom home is the escape you need. Nestled on an acre of forested property, find yourself unwinding as you enjoy hummingbirds, stellar jays, as well as moose and bear sightings. The home is a 10 minute drive from Seward with easy access to amazing hikes and outdoor activities. As our guest, we're here to help you explore Seward and Kenai Fjords National Park, offering discounts on many tours in the area!

The orca cabin

Relax in this peaceful little Dry cabin with electricity no running water, but drinking water is available. Also outside port of potty that is maintenance/cleaned weekly We are kid and family oriented host 7 miles and 7 minute drive outside of the little town of Seward AK on bear lake road on a spacious piece of land! We are 10 minute walk from the lake and 5 minute walk from Tiehacker trail head. There are plenty of walking trails or an easy scenic stroll around BearLake subdivision

Spruce Bear Cabin

Discover the charm and comfort of Spruce Bear Cabin, a newly built, custom-designed getaway completed in May 2025 by its owners, Marques and Teal. The cabin features unique finishes throughout, including wood trim milled from trees found right on the property. Set on 10 private acres just outside Moose Pass, the cabin offers mountain views from every window. Keep an eye out for black bears and mountain goats, often seen roaming the surrounding mountainside during the summer.

NEW OWNERSHIP! CURRENTLY UNDERGOING INTERIOR RENOVATIONS! Rustic Roots offers 7 nightly units. Our Greenhouse Suites building has four water-view rooms, with a shared backyard deck, campfire ring, kitchen, picnic table & BBQ. Forest Suite is located on the second floor with a king bed in the main bedroom, plus a queen cabinet bed in the loft common area, a private en-suite bathroom, and a coffee bar. Perfect for groups of up to 4 (or small families).

Sawmill Creek Cottage is a cozy 3 bedroom/2 bathroom fully furnished home with private access to Sawmill Creek and the historic Iditarod Trail, located just 5 minutes from town and the Seward Boat Harbor. Our home features a jacuzzi tub, washer/dryer, full kitchen, and a covered propane firepit. With easy access to the stunning sights of Seward, this lovely home ensures you’ll want to extend your stay and create lasting memories.

Kick back in this peaceful, adorable, cedar, private home. Relax on the roomy deck and watch for local wildlife. Head out back and roast a hot dog over the fire pit. There is a large bedroom with a very comfy Alaska King bed. Walk the quiet roads and see the beautiful mountains in all directions. Located just 4 miles outside of the town of Seward you will have access to nature as well as the local town amenities.

These cabins are perfectly situated along side Alder Creek in a peaceful atmosphere, just outside of Seward City limits. You will enjoy the patio spaces and outside spaces throughout the property that invite you to relax with friends, take in the fresh air, enjoy a campfire or barbecue your catch of the day! These cabins are truly an Alaskan experience. This cabin comes with a queen bed and a Murphy bed.
