Sitting on 10 acres, take advantage of the entire property or explore Northwestern Montana. 77 Miles to Glacier National Park. 50 miles to Whitefish ski mountain, 14 Miles to Lake Koocanusa, 200 yards into the Kootani National Forest. Great location for many year round activities including boating, swimming, golfing, hiking, biking, sledding, snowshoeing, skiing and so much more. 25 minutes to Fernie Alpine Resort, 45 minutes to Kimberley Alpine Resort and 2 minutes to local amenities such as the pub and coffee shop!

Nearby are three ski resorts- we are located 7 minutes from Pass Powderkeg, 45 min from Fernie, and 45 min from Castle Mountain. Other nearby destinations are Waterton National Park and Beaver Mines Lake.
