Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Now there are two separate and private vacation rentals enjoying the same excellent location. It is also an opportunity for families or friends to book both of our apartments to extend their getaway into one large private area. These are the only two vacation rentals on our property.

Idyl Daes Cottage was built in the 1950s on the Tunnel of Trees Scenic Heritage Route which follows Lake Michigan’s stunning shoreline to Cross Village. It is located two miles from downtown Harbor Springs and is close to a number of spectacular beaches and hiking trails. The large field stone fireplace is perfect for cool evenings and the spacious screened porch is ideal for relaxing summer evenings with lake breezes.
