Two pubs are a short walk away one with an Indian restaurant, there is also a fish and chip restaurant. 3 pubs serving food overlooking the river are a 10-minute walk away, Frequent bus service into Bath city centre. Free on street parking available close by In Batheaston High Street or the village car park which has free 3 hour parking during the day and free overnight parking. Cosy and comfortable, it has a fully equipped kitchen and an open plan living area with a luxury king size bed. It is within walking distance of the historic city of Bath with its spa, theatre, restaurants and other attractions. A cycleway is nearby which gives access to lovely local rides and walks. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

After a day exploring, you'll find plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars to unwind in, locally, or a short walk away in town.

The Lodge

Located in a beautiful rural hamlet on the edge of the Cotswold escarpment this district is designated an AONB. Our newly converted cottage backs onto a small stable yard, is located up a private drive in a spot that is hard to beat for peace and quiet. Views from the garden across open farmland enjoy spectacular sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen, large sitting room, pretty bedroom and spacious shower room. Lovely rural walks and stunning bike rides straight from the front door.

A cosy, warm and romantic room for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. PLEASE NOTE narrow steps lead down to the private front door, these may not be suitable for people with mobility issues to access. There is a wood burning stove installed. The Bathroom is contemporary in style with an electric shower, sink and toilet. There is a small separate area to make tea and coffee with a fridge, toaster and microwave. If not available check our other apartment.

Barn @ North Wraxall

We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful one-bedroom, barn in the centre of the rural hamlet of North Wraxall, 10 miles North of the Heritage City of Bath. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Originally, a working storage barn which has recently undergone sympathetic restoration to create a high class holiday home, while retaining original features. There is an open plan downstairs room with doors to the outside and an upstairs en-suite bedroom.

It is a self-contained unit with its own entrance, off-street parking, and south facing garden views and private deck. This quiet and secluded location is ideal for a weekend in Bath or a weekday base for professionals. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

Entire Studio - The Pied-a-Terre in Widcombe

Conveniently located studio apartment only a 5 minute walk from Bath Train Station and the city centre, and close to Bath Uni. A peaceful bijou studio space, with basic kitchenette and en-suite shower room. The double bed is very comfortable, and the space is bright and welcoming. The basic kitchen area provides a kettle, a toaster, a mini oven, a microwave and a fridge. For breakfast we provide bread and jams, milk, juice, tea and coffee.
