Step back in time as you enter a historic apartment in which original features take center stage. Tuck into a traditional tuscan breakfast on the flower adorned patio before kicking back on the pinstripe sofa with book from the in-house library. The flat is located at the 3rd floor, reachable through stairs (no elevator) Train station (Pistoia) is just 20 min walking distance through the center. Car parking: In the area of the apartment are available daily payment slot (blue stripes) 2h Free parking overnight available at 3 min walking distance (Viale Matteotti along the antique wall side) Welcome to my cozy flat, located in the heart of Pistoia, perfect to explore the town and enjoy Tuscany! The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. The little town of Pistoia surprises with its discreet charm enclosed in alleys and squares decorated with historical monuments and palaces, testimony of an ancient artistic past. Balanced between its history, the beauty of the landscapes and taste of "live well", Pistoia is an authentic town where you can experience the harmony of art, the richness of its territory, the frankness of the people and relax the precious life-giving water. The rate is comprehensive of: - breakfast - towels - bed linen and blankets (duvet etc..) A private library is available in the studio with art and fahion book, food and photography, fiction and non-fiction books. Maps and turist information are at your disposal on the table. Internet connection WIFI is availble and free! Travellers and tourists on holiday in PISTOIA remain fascinated by its history. In 5 minute walk from my apartment, you can reach the amazing Piazza del Duomo with the monumental Cathedral of Pistoia and nearby the Piazza della Sala, heart of day and night life. The neirbourgh has everything you need: bakery, pharmacy, cafè and many supermarkets and restaurant walking distance! Just outside town you'll have the opportunity to reach and admire the most beautiful tuscan amaenities: - the city of Florence (35km), Lucca (46km) e Pisa (67km) - relax and enjoy the biggest spa-town in Italy, Montecatini Terme that offers not only the well-known healing waters but also all the modern relax treatments (17km) or visit and relax in the large and fascinating millennial Grotta Giusti in Monsummano Terme with a beneficial relaxing "steam bath"(15km) - a beautiful Contemporary Art collection hosted in the mysterious Fattoria di Celle, old tuscan villa on Montale's hills (8km). - The town of Collodi with the Parco di Pinocchio famous worldwide for his given birth to the most famous puppet of all time: Pinocchio. La casa si dispone su tre piani: cucina con a disposizione forno a microonde, fuochi a induzione e frigo. Al piano superiore, 1 camera matrimoniale e 1 cameretta con due letti singoli, con possibilità su richiesta di trasformarli in letto matrimoniale. 1 bagno. Al piano seminterrato saletta con divano e TV.

La Chicchera è un appartamento recentemente rinnovato e curato nei minimi dettagli in una via molto tranquilla del centro di Montespertoli, un paesino nel cuore del Chianti e a breve distanza da Firenze e da tutte le altre città d'arte della Toscana. Facilmente raggiungibili a piedi minimarket, bar, farmacie, ristoranti, negozi, banche; a pochi passi anche le fermate dell’autobus. Saremo felici di accogliervi e poter far parte del vostro soggiorno in Toscana con consigli e suggerimenti!

Incantevole soggiorno in villa seicentesca

L'alloggio è al secondo piano di una villa padronale del '600, all'interno di un parco privato, con posti auto, ingresso condiviso. Gradevole soggiorno per chi voglia visitare Lucca, Pistoia, la Versilia, Firenze, Pisa e la Liguria, mète comode da raggiungere dato che il casello dell'autostrada A11 è a 500 metri. Più vicino a noi potete visitare il Parco di Pinocchio a Collodi o il parco zoologico di Pistoia. Per soggiorni lunghi scriveteci, saremo lieti di accordarci con gli ospiti.

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

Pievepelago-Appartamento moderno e spazioso

Situato nel centro del paese, è possibile raggiungere comodamente a piedi bar, ristoranti, negozi e tutti i servizi (bancomat, farmacia, ecc). L'appartamento, situato al terzo piano, moderno e luminoso, è dotato di tutti i comfort, gli spazi sono ampi e arredati con gusto. Una bella terrazza abitabile consente di godersi i pasti all'aperto o un semplice aperitivo o caffè. Dotato di lavatrice, lavastoviglie, TV, bollitore con scelta di tè e tisane, macchina del caffè con cialde.

Casa sulla Valle, un gioiello nella natura toscana

Un paesino medievale, lontano dal traffico e dallo smog, immerso nei boschi e nella tranquillità. Una casa accogliente con giardino, la mattina ci si sveglia con il cinguettio degli uccelli e la vista sulla vallata. La camera con letto matrimoniale si affaccia sulla valle, quella con 3 letti singoli ha la vista sul giardino. È possibile aggiungere un lettino per prima infanzia (sono presenti anche fasciatoio e seggiolone). Cucina abitabile, grande salone. Giardino.

Gipsy Rose si trova sulle colline liguri dietro Sarzana, a pochi minuti dal mare, in ambiente naturale circondato da boschi e con splendide visuali sulla valle. Da un lato vicino al Golfo dei Poeti, Lerici e alle Cinque Terre, dall’altro alla Lunigiana e le Alpi Apuane. Situato in una zona appartata, silenziosa e fiorita, con tepee indiano e carrozzone da circo suggestivo. Il monolocale, dotato di ogni confort, bagno e cucinotto, ha l'ingresso indipendente.

La splendida cornice di questo luogo romantico immerso nella natura ti lascerà a bocca aperta. Nella zona più panoramica della proprietà, si trova una splendida struttura Glamping di 50 mq con una camera matrimoniale, bagno, cucina e una splendida terrazza che domina tutta la collina. La struttura è stata creata per le coppie che vogliono passare momenti indimenticabili nella tranquillità e immersi nella natura, ma con tutti i comfort.

A romantic country house, deep in the green Toscana hills, few kilometres from Lucca. A fresh organic breakfast tasted in a wide, quiet, private garden, while enjoying the scenery of the Pizzorne mountain woods. Feeling the warm typical Toscana “cotto” tiles inside, preparing a “fiorentina” steak in the barbecue outside and relaxing on the beach chairs after a solar shower and swimming in the wide pool.
