The apartment has a spacious terrace with sea view, two separate rooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, television, shower and toilet, internet and free parking in the yard. Several spacious sandy beaches are located 100 m down the house as well as other varied beaches such as smaller, rocky, intimate ones. Right next to the nearest beach is a promenade by the sea with a beautiful view which leads to the center of the old town of Rab. As well, nearby are numerous facilities such as beach bars, restaurants, massages, ATM, bakeries, a food store, shops, taxy boots and some of sports for adults and children, such as every morning free exercises with a trainer in the sea, children's parks and organized outdoor playgrounds, pedal boats, kayaks and similar facilities.

From the terrace and the windows of the room and the dining room, there is a beautiful view of the sea, the mountain Velebit and the old town. Everything you need during your vacation (store, bank, post office, restaurants, etc.) is a maximum of 15 minutes' walk from the apartment. My place is close to restaurants, great views, and the beach.The paradise house is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends (pets). In our neighbourhood are market place, kran for boat, possibility to rent a boat, also we offer a space for your boat. In our lovely garden you can find a barbecue and enjoy to cook. This apartment is with balcony and it has a own kitchen. Pet is 7€ per day.
