Ap.consists of living room with kitchen, bedroom, sleeping gallery and bathroom and is suitable for families, 2-6 people. Guests have access to a wonderful private garden, situated just 40 m from the house (accessible by stairs). Local beach is accessible just a few steps from the garden. The apartment has a spacious terrace with beautiful view, one bedroom with double bed and one single bed if needed for a third person, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, television, shower and toilet, internet and free parking in the yard. Several spacious sandy beaches are located 100 m down the house as well as other varied beaches such as smaller, rocky, intimate ones. Right next to the nearest beach is a promenade just by the sea which leads to the center of the old town of Rab.

Donja Klada house (The address is Donja Klada 18/p) is the part of the Velebit nature park and placed in the peaceful cove near old town Senj, across the islands Rab and Goli Otok. This is the family holiday house on the coast with private parking for two cars, a perfect place for swimming, fishing and diving. The house is situated in the first and only row on the coast with no disturbance of other tourists. It's the perfect place to rest, relax and recharge.

Wunderbar hell und sonnig bietet es ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Mit zwei Doppelbettzimmern, Badezimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Küche mit Balkon.

This apartment is with balcony and it has a own kitchen. Pet is 7€ per day.
