Artfully Renovated Stone House Overlooking the City of Noto

Ancient walls and modern conveniences coexist in peaceful harmony in this architect's house. Glazed doors in the bedrooms and living areas open onto a rolling landscape. Dine alfresco on a sheltered patio and go for a swim in a pool with a view. Le Casuzze is a holiday home which was completed in the summer of 2017 and designed by an architect from Bologna. It is perfectly integrated in the landscape behind the baroque town of Noto, and offers a superb view of the sea, the town and the natural beauty of the surrounding area. Finding a balance between luxury and simplicity is difficult task, which the the architect has mastered incredibly well. The three bedrooms (all of which have a separate en-suite bathroom) have replaced the stables, whilst the living room is placed in the old housing quarters. There where empty space previously separated the two buildings now stands the kitchen. A fourth bathroom is accessible via the living-room. All the rooms are connected with one another and can also be accessed via the outside terraces, which face the south and east respecitively – the former offering a superb panomaric view of the surrounding landscape. The seven-by-seven-meter large pool was designed to resemble a Gebbia: an antique water reservoir; The pool area constituting the transition between the house and the mediterranean Macchia. The entire property is defined by an incredibly calm and harmonious atmosphere and is the perfect place to wind down. Le Casuzze is located on a beautiful ridge behind Noto, overlooking the city and the sea. Take wonderful walks through the Mediterranean scrub from here, undisturbed by the few houses in the neighborhood.

A place in Bohinjska Češnjica, North–West of Slovenia, Bohinj region, 4 km from Bohinjsko jezero and 20 km from Bled in the heart of Alps. There is a summer kitchen, a clay stove, a hammock, a fireplace and a big meadow. Compost toilet , outside bathroom- no hot water. Sleeping is arranged in a traditional Bohinj's hayloft (for up to eight people). It is best to have your sleeping bags, fresh bedding we charge 5 € per person. Welcome cyclists - the place is next to the cycling road.

The small main house will be empty for your stay, giving you full secluded privacy. Nestled in a beautiful traditional village , it is a short walk from wonderful tavernas and some lovely local shops. The beach at Almyrida is only a 5 minute drive. And beautiful Chania is 30 minutes away !

Motovun Bellevue - amazing view, comfortable

Everyone will feel comfortable in this spacious and unique accommodation with a beautiful view. The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.

Cozy converted barn with fireplace; nature retreat

Newly restored and converted barn, a magical space with lovely views of the surrounding mountains and hills. The barn is ideal for 2-3 people, but can accomodate a maximum of 5, with a double, a single and a sofa bed (access to sleeping space requires climbing stairs or a ladder). 20 metres from the barn, there is wood and a fireplace for an evening chat and stargazing by the fire. An outdoor shower with solar heated water is also available. The kitchen is functional and has amazing views!

La Bellaria di Sicilia was an old stone barn, and now is a comfortable country home. It is surrounded by fields of carrob and olive trees, with glimpses of the sea, which is just a few minutes away. Your place is a newly restored loft on two levels, with a separate entrance a lovely courtyard facing the fields. Additional infos: Tourist Tax must be paid at check in 1,5 Euro day/person. Come relive Gozo’s traditional way of life at this authentic house situated in the charming Gozo hamlet called Munxar. This house has been meticulously renovated from a 200 year old farm into a magnificent holiday house with modern amenities and private pool. The architecture has traditional farmhouse characteristics with many charming stone features. What was originally the mill room is now the living room with sofas and a fireplace for our winter visitors.

Barn Cottage

Barn cottage is situated up on the hill, away from the hustle and bustle of the village of Bran, but close enough to walk there in 20 minutes. Barn Cottage is suitable for two adults. We are not equipped or have the possibility to offer accommodation to families with children and do not accept guests with pets. We have a non smoking rule inside the cottage. If you do smoke outdoors on the patio please make sure you tidy up after yourself.
