Suite No:2 -Perth Holiday Cottage

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 2 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No1 by same host.

Studio 13

Studio 13 is a private residence completely separated from our house. It is located amongst giant native trees in a family friendly neighbourhood. You will find many parks nearby and will be walking distance to the local supermarket, bus, train station. Guests are spoilt for choice at the broad range of local restaurants within walking distance. The studio is a comfortable two-bedroom studio each with their own en-suite and has a fully self-contained kitchen, bar table and lounge room.

This self contained, modern studio has a private entry, well equipped kitchenette, aircon, TV, washer, dryer and shared use of the maintained pool. The stylish decor makes for a comfortable, easy stay, close to the iconic Scarborough and Trigg beaches, a great variety of restaurants and activities. It is a pleasant walk to the coast, Karrinyup Shopping Centre and St Mary's School and a short drive to the city. The studio is suitable for individual, couples and business travellers.

Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.
