This pravite and spacious 1,600 sf basement apartment features a separate entrance, dedicated free parking, and inviting outdoor living areas. It offers a cozy retreat that feels like your own. The hosts quietly reside on the two upper levels.

Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

Our project to make use of leftover logs turned into a tiny house! Cozy Log Cabin looking out on almost an acre of nature but just minutes from all the DC sites. Perfect for a single escape, a romantic getaway, a small family/group gathering, or a serene remote work location. 1/4 mile to bus and 1.5 miles to DC metro, plenty of free parking. We live in a log home next door - so happy to provide advice on sites/restaurants and directions. No-SMOKING of any kind , NO pets and NO parties allowed.

This newly renovated private suite is set up perfectly to be your home away from home. With a brand-new custom shower, new laundry center, comfy furnishings, and a slick work area, this space is great for traveling nurses or doctors, visiting family in the area, or interns here for new opportunities in our nation's capital. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.
