Our unit is located a short walk away from all the amenities the Venture Out community has to offer such as a pool, hot tub, lagoon, bocce ball, tennis courts, playground and boat marina. On the property we have a 2-person hybrid kayak for your enjoyment. We also provide table games (we love a game night) as well as the equipment to play bocce ball and darts which can be played in the recreation center.

Situated on a deep water canal with ocean access and enough dock space to park your boat for the week. A floating dock is also provided with kayaks. Enjoy the large pool or ping pong table, or lounging in the sun! Beautiful Sombrero Beach is within walking distance (approx 1.5 miles) via a paved bike path.

A significant leak was found and emergency repairs are necessary to fix the problem.
