Located just a few minutes from the city and the airport, and nestled in the Bolognese countryside, the Tower of Longara combines the antiquity of the noble Caprara villa with a recent renovation, making it both comfortable and charming. The villa is divided into 4 independent housing units, spread over three floors, each with private access and parking. Two of these are the private residences. The other two are dedicated to hospitality: a Bed and Breakfast with four rooms and a Holiday Home.

Downstairs there’s one living room with a fully equipped kitchen, one comfortable sofa bed and one TV, upstairs one comfortable bedroom, one bathroom with window and one big comfortable shower. L'Abitazione del Lauro, il più grande dei due appartamenti indipendenti, è disposto su due piani ha 4 camere da letto (5° opzionale), 2 bagni ed ha ingresso indipendente. E' ideale per famiglie o gruppi, che desiderano soggiornare poco sotto le colline dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, immersi nella natura, nella pace della campagna, circondati da animali selvatici ed immersi nel grande giardino attrezzato.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

From the spacious garden you can admire the Rocca Bentivolesca and Bologna. Free parking, garden, barbecue, free wi-fi, air conditioning, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, separate entrance. Possibility to taste typical products of the area such as balsamic vinegar and marmalades of own production. Welcome to our place!

We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. You can explore the region of Emilia Romagna, and return each evening and watch the sun go down with a chilled glass of wine. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)
