You can sit on the front deck and watch the beautiful sunsets or around the fire pit located on the grassy area near the water. There is a dock for a boat, jet ski or to fish off of. The home is located just minutes off of I-75 and close to restaurants/ bars and a quick drive to downtown. Located next to the main bike trail that can take you into downtown or to the south end of the lake.

There is no fence and because this house is on the lake dogs and children must be watched at all times.
