This tiny home comes with full bay access (paddleboard provided), community pools (seasonal), tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, playground, a short distance to the beach (beach chairs & beach/pool towels included) and local restaurants. Enjoy Jan. thru Mar. at Va. Bch--average day temp. mid 50s to 60s. Just steps or bike through a nice area to the beach, restaurants, culture, The Dome, Convention Ctr & other activities. Take a 10-min. walk or bike to the beach (7 short blocks). No traffic or parking hassles! We are close to I264, several military bases & Hilltop Shopping area. This is a quiet neighborhood & convenient location. Perfect for couples & solo travelers. NO animals or pets allowed! NO children under 13 yrs. of age!

Nates Nook on Back Bay

Welcome to Surfside at Sandbridge. We are located on the northern tip of the OBX...in Va!!!!! This tiny home is in the most secluded area of the resort. Offering tons of nature and beautiful surroundings. One of the 2 pools is only 150 steps away. the beach is 950 steps...or you can drive and park at the resort entrance. We have pickle ball and a boat ramp. You can park your boat behind your unit if you wish and the fishing is great! we provide all beach accessories!!

Trident Cottage

**Newly RENOVATED for 2025**. Trident Cottage is a 2 bedroom 1 bath mobile home situated on a waterfront lot on Back Bay….the beach is a quick 5 minute walk across the street. We include at no extra charge, everything needed for a vacation at the beach! All linens, Beach towels, beach cart, chairs, tent and cooler. Just bring your swim suit and flip flops! I provide you with 2 beach cruiser bikes at no extra charge. Resort amenities are available for your use.

Cher's Place @ The Beach

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in Sandbridge! This property is ON the beach (unit itself is not facing the ocean) with access to 3 pools, a gym, local restaurants and much more! As you can see, guests LOVE my place! I frequently travel for work, spending a lot of time in hotel rooms. I know the NECESSITIES! ** I am currently replacing furniture and bedding so pics may not match perfectly. Need more room??
