TreeTops on Olympus Crescent in popular Arcadia is a fabulous holiday home in a wonderful and private location snuggled into the National Park amongst the Island's famous huge granite boulders. This very spacious open plan home has a HEATED SWIMMING POOL and is FULLY AIRCONDITIONED. The ever popular family friendly, patrolled, safe and popular swimming beach Alma Bay is just a few minutes walk. Geoffrey Bay, Arcadia Hotel, cafes, newsagent and specialty shops are also only a few minutes walk.

This modern home offers stunning views, scenic walking trails, and remarkable acoustics. It features cathedral ceilings, a raised lounge, and both indoor and outdoor dining areas with Mt Louisa as a backdrop. The kitchen is fully equipped, and four air-conditioned bedrooms, with desks, provide comfort and privacy. The master bedroom, with a raked timber ceiling, has serene views. The house backs onto a National Park and visiting wildlife includes the occasional koala. Sea glimpses from the house, and a spectacular sea view at end of the street not to be missed. Take a complete break with no wifi or tv. The island has plenty to offer including bays, beaches, stunning natural beauty, walking tracks, fishing, cafes snd restaurants.

Otherwise, plenty of space for smaller groups to spread out and enjoy with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & 2 kitchens. There is a good sized swimming pool or it's only a short stroll to the local beach. If you don't feel like cooking, walk down to the local bar for a steak and some beers or whatever else you fancy. Enjoy & relax on Magnetic Island.

The house opens up to the kitchen, dining and lounge room, and then out to a huge back patio with views down to the river, park and playground. Outdoor furniture and bbque are provided. The kitchen has everything required. There is a flat screen television and DVD player in the lounge room. All of this area is air conditioned. Laundry has a top load washing machine. A great relaxing house with tranquil surroundings and abundant wildlife.
