Suitable for one person or a couple, short or long stay, business or pleasure, this is the perfect location for a peaceful retreat whilst exploring many of the famous nearby tourist attractions.

Perry's Roost, Little Catley (Farm)

Tastefully converted hop kiln in idyllic rural setting, surrounded by nature, unspoilt countryside and views of the Malvern Hills. Perry's Roost is a perfect base for exploring this beautiful area, with easily accessible hill walks and picturesque local towns . Catley is a walkers paradise, multiple footpaths and quiet lanes in all directions from the door . Well behaved dogs very welcome but restricted to ground floor. Bedroom sleeps 2, in either a super king bed or twin singles to suit.

Upstairs is a generous bedroom with Super king or twin beds, and beautiful views of rolling countryside from a picture window. Outside is a patio and fire pit.

The Cider Press, offers entirely purpose-built self-contained living space. On the ground floor, a convenient shower room/toilet adjacent to the impressive private games room. Ascend to the first floor to find a spacious lounge area featuring a TV, along with a well-equipped kitchenette boasting a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and oven/air fryer. At the far end, awaits super king-size bed, promising a restful night's sleep. As an added perk, guests have exclusive access to our home gym.

The self-catering accommodation consists of a (super king size) bedroom and spacious luxurious bathroom, an open plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with bifold doors opening onto the south facing balcony with rural views. Situated between the Malvern Hills and the Wye Valley, this quaint first floor apartment is a wing of Chandos Manor, which was rebuilt by Lord Chandos in 1554. The flat is approached by an external stone staircase and is fully self contained. The large open plan living kitchen area offers lovely far-reaching countryside views, and comes with two good sized bedrooms and a bathroom. There is access to 36 acres of historic traditional orchards.
