Lovely private guesthouse at the back of our garden. Features a king size bed, ensuite and kitchenette area with fridge & coffee machine. The location is fantastic - it's a 10 min walk to catch the train into Dublin City. We’re walking distance to Dun Laoghaire waterfront, Sandycove Beach and the iconic 40-Foot swimming spot. Killiney Hill Park and the gorgeous villages of Dalkey, Sandycove and Glasthule are also on our doorstep with loads of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops to choose from.

Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.

A self-contained 1 bed apartment adjoining a mature family house. The flat has its own entrance. It is within 200m of Sandymount strand, 100m of Sydney Parade DART station, 10 mins from city centre, 5 mins from RDS & Aviva, Aircoach 701 stops at St Vincents Hospital on Merrion Road. This stop is a 12minute walk to the room. For the tired traveler you'll be right at home in this very quite residential location, that, complemented by black-out blinds will ensure a great night's sleep.

Bright and airy studio. Newly refurbished in April 2020. Private outdoor patio. Conveniently located to the train and bus routes getting you in to Dublin City in around 20 minutes. Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

My home has recently been renovated so everything is new and up to date. A parking space is available within the building at no extra cost. Vanessa's studio is a cute, self-sufficient little pad nestled in the backyard of a friendly family home in quiet, suburban South County Dublin (40-60 minutes from Dublin City Centre). With its own private entrance, a basic kitchenette, WiFi and towels provided, it's perfect for a short stay for one or two guests. Infants up to 2yrs also welcome (travel cot available) and it's pet friendly.
