Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Aiken is an historic town that was the winter destination for wealthy northerners who built homes here, brought their horses for polo and thoroughbred racing...a tradition that is carried on today. There are theaters, golf courses, and a branch of the University a mile away. Aiken is located outside of Augusta, Ga. The cottage is casual, comfortable, and offers peace and quiet in a safe area. Private driveway and parking for two cars.

Awaken in a luxury king size bed and slide open the garage door to sweeping views of the Smokies. Enjoy coffee on the deck. Fully furnished bed and bath, AC/Heat and kitchenette. Pets permitted $40/first pet $20/each additional pet. Area is fenced. Listen to the river while lying in the in-deck hammock. The perfect stage for a restful afternoon or night time stargazing. Step outside the cottage and enjoy the 16 acres of property. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking ware, coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer.
