The Boutique Retreat offers 9 custom tiny home cottages in the heart of wine country. The Ohana Bungalow is a spacious 300 square foot cottage with an upscale Island theme featuring warm acacia wood, rich leather furnishings and authentic art from Hawaii. The interior of the cottage has a stunning 11 foot arched ceiling accented with rich tongue & groove pine that compliments the clean white walls and warm vinyl plank luxury flooring. The private deck faces Alpine Ave - minutes from 3rd Street.

This is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the beach and downtown. Two people can enjoy this room which includes a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. Relax in the peaceful courtyards and enjoy the 2 minute walk to the beach and short distance to town. There are multiple outdoor areas to relax, including 2 fire pits. There is no A/C. The rooms are cozy and thoughtfully designed, intimate rather than oversized, with nearly everything you’ll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There is a $25 pet fee per pet, per night (this will be charged separately at the hotel). Must be 21 years+ to book.

Hotel in Historic Downtown Centralia - Room 208

I have some wonderful rooms available in our historic hotel. These rooms have a vintage look and feel to them. They are nice and clean with premium features. The rooms include a sink but share nice common bathrooms and a lockable shower. 208 has a full size bed. Enjoy our outside terrace that is open weather permitting and overlooks beautiful George Washington Park. Sorry no TV's or swimming pool. But we do have wifi. Enjoy the hotel’s excellent restaurants and walk downtown Centralia.

The Deluxe King Suite is a spacious guest room featuring a king bed with a pillow top mattress.
