Quaint , secluded , countryside /village cottage. Suitable for travelling golfers, business people, and an inbetween stop over from and to Europe for the holiday makers . Or you could just make a lovely weekend of it and visit all of our lovely coast and countryside .... cottage much bigger than the pictures. After all.... We are known as the "Garden of England ". Guest rate for 2 people, is for 1 bedroom only . If you require 2 bedrooms for 2 guests then there will be an extra charge of £15.

Within walking distance of country pubs, restaurants and local grocery shops. Rural walks on doorstep on North Downs way. Walking routes an maps available. Rail to London 36 mins, Bluewater 15 mins drive, Kent coast 45 minutes. Continental breakfast provided (cereals, milk, bread, toaster, spreads) can be taken in sunny farm house style kitchen or garden.

The Paper Mill Stables

Set in the beautiful grounds of a fifteenth century Wealden hall house, The Stables is a delightful oak framed cottage - a hidden-away and peaceful haven for two. There is a sitting room with woodburner for super cosy nights in, and the pretty bedroom has a luxurious 4000 pocket sprung king size bed, and quality Egyptian cotton linen. Outside is a secluded garden with a terrace, and seventy acres of woodland and pasture to wander through; our resident Labradors will be pleased to join you!

Dover Centre 2

Covid-19: Guests will be the only guests & have sole use of the bathroom. Breakfast will be available to eat in your room. Double bedded room on the 2nd floor of our Georgian home in Central Dover. The bedroom overlooks the garden. This is one of 2 guest rooms however as I offer sole use of the bathroom, I only book one room at a time. If guests wish to book both rooms (DC1 and DC2) and are happy to share the bathroom I will offer a discount on both rooms. Please request details.

Little Buckhurst

At little Buckhurst we offer a quiet rural setting only an hour from the heart of London by car. You can walk to our local pub and local shops are close too. Down House, Hever Castle, Quebec House and many more local attractions are within a short distance as is Biggin Hill airport. Gatwick is only 30 minutes away and we can offer airport parking by arrangement. Pricing is for one bedroom or you can book 2 bedrooms for double the stated price. Continental breakfast is included.

A large super king bedroom decorated in classic English style within a period home. The room can be split to two singles with option of a third portable bed on request. A spacious room with armchair, dressing table, robes, hairdryer and amenity kits. Smart TV with complimentary Netflix access. A calm and relaxing place to spend the night. Primrose Room

Primrose Room,Woodlands Farm offers a comfortable and friendly space to rest. It is situated less than 300 steps from the North Downs Way, a 15 minute drive from Eurotunnel arrival/departure terminal and 30-40 minutes from the Port of Dover. For those who would like a longer stay there are many walks and cycle rides , right from the door and historical places in Canterbury and Dover to visit. Breakfast is provided and there are two pubs in walking distance for evening meals.

Baron's Grange bed and breakfast: Oak room

Baron's Grange is a Grade II Georgian farmhouse with 2 guest bedrooms overlooking orchards in the village of Iden, a short drive from Rye in East Sussex. We are 40 minutes from Eurotunnel and 1 hour from Dover. Built in the 1700s, the farmhouse is full of character with oak beams and an Inglenook fireplace. There is a large garden and a conservatory. Our bedrooms are ensuite. Guests may choose either a traditional English or Continental breakfast. Ici on parle français.

Tiger - Elizabeth

This spacious double room faces the garden and views across the South Downs. En-suite bathroom includes a walk in shower. Sleeps 2 people. Prices includes a cooked breakfast plus tea, coffee and fruit juices. A TV and free Wi-Fi is available in every room. We are not able to have dogs in our B&B rooms at the Tiger Inn. Please note that there are 14 steps up to the first floor and there is no lift, however one bedroom is accessed from the terrace up a flight of 8 steps.

Rosebank B&B Private Guest Suite

Welcome to Rosebank B&B in Etchingham village 5 minutes walk from the mainline station to London, in the High Weald, an area of outstanding natural beauty.
