This is a 2 bedroom, 15th century terraced house, maintaining its historic charm with a modern twist. Having lovingly updated our home we now hope you can relax and enjoy it during your stay. Sandwich has a wealth of historical interest The Abode is central to some amazing restaurants and pubs. For those who want a more active stay cyclists, golfers, walkers even wakeboarding all on your door step , just a beautiful place With easy reach to Deal, Dover,Ramsgate Broadstairs and Canterbury .

The old town streets are charming with a traditional English inn dating from the 1580s just round the corner.

Forming part of an original 18th Century Stable located in the heart of the historic medieval town of Sandwich you will find this hidden away open plan 1st floor conversion which has been renovated to high standard creating a light & airy living space in the eaves of the stable & barn section. The property has its own entrance via a wooden external staircase to the side leading to 1st floor. There is a court yard, we do not have parking on site for guests but there is a car park 2 mins walk

Just a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Botany Bay. The ‘Hide-Away’ is all you need to enjoy a peaceful break by the sea. The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.

The popular town of Whitstable famous for its oysters, music scene & eclectic shops, pubs & restaurants is a short drive or bus ride away.

The cottage is a pebble's throw from the beach (50 meters), and moments from Deal's High Street with its independent shops, bars and restaurants.
