Anticamente la casa era il laboratorio di un fabbro con la sua piccola abitazione adiacente. Ristrutturata di recente in chiave contemporanea è diventata una residenza su due piani di circa 80 mq. Al piano terra si trova la zona living con il tavolo da pranzo, la cucina, i servizi ed una dispensa per i vini, raggiungibile da una scaletta in legno a gradini sfalsati. Una seconda scala in ferro nero, conduce al soppalco intermedio dove è organizzato lo studio. La balaustra diventa il piano di lavoro e si affaccia dalla doppia altezza.
