The Annex is a newly renovated apartment which is situated at the rear of my home with its own keyed entrance set in a convenient location 1 mile from Bangor’s town centre.  The Annex is a fresh, double bedroom apartment with a pull out chair bed.  It sleeps 3 very comfortably so is perfect for a family with 1 child or 2-3 adults.  The living area is fitted out with a wall mounted LED television, electric stove fire with table and chairs.  Fresh towels, linen and a hairdryer are also provided.

Also features a kitchen and sitting area opening onto patio Please note there is a kettle, toaster and microwave, but no oven.. Bathroom with bath and shower. Free parking just outside the property. Two minutes from all the amenities of Groomsport village including the beach, shops, pubs and restaurants. Five minute drive to the city of Bangor. Dog friendly.
