Endless Summer On The Beach

Clean, top floor condo with private balcony and an exceptional view of the beach and water. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sun rise. It's a great spot to relax and enjoy the beach and visit some attractions. Or go windsurfing or kite boarding. There have been major renovations going on at the complex since 2022. However the elevator has not been replaced yet and is out of service occasionally. The staircase is close to the beach and water.

Waterfront condo close to some of the best fishing in Aransas County, such as Estes Flats. Easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway! This coastal retreat is conveniently located between Rockport and Aransas Pass.
