This working 200acre Black Angus cow farm is located 15 minutes from historic Appomattox and 30 minutes from Lynchburg and Liberty Univ in a quiet, peaceful rural setting. The entire house is yours while the farm owner lives in the separate basement apartment. Observe farm activities, ie, moving the grass-fed cows from pasture to pasture, see some long horns nearby, or just kick back and relax on one of the property's ponds or creek!

The Loft has one bedroom with one queen size bed for 2 guests. If your 2nd guest needs an extra bed, you can add a king size blowup mattress OR a twin mattresses for $25 per night. Our property is 13 acres (which you are welcome to explore) and behind our property is a field with cattle. We are only a 5 minute drive from the James River and area to launch kayaks/canoes. Great hiking is nearby and downtown Lynchburg is only 15 minutes away. Liberty University is 12 minutes away.

Centrally located, it takes only about 15 minutes to get to Lynchburg Virginia (home of Liberty University, Randolph College and Lynchburg University), as well as Appomattox or Rustburg. Please note, this is a basement studio, it has a separate entrance, and is very private, and depending on who is staying upstairs, you made her a little bit of noise! Hope your stay is great!
