Séjour et cuisine lumineux, salle de bains, une grande chambre en mezzanine, avec deux lits doubles. Toilettes sèches à l’extérieur. Terrasse et parking ombragés, barbecue. Les premières plages sont à 5 minutes, le port est à 7 minutes. Propriété autonome en énergie : centrale photovoltaïque et chauffe-eau solaires

Two bedroom wooden chalet with wood-burning stove and barbecue, in very peaceful, tree-lined meadow shared with the owner's house. A paradise for walking, cycling, relaxing, writing, sketching, meditating, yoga with oak & chestnut forests, pastures with wild herbs and flowers, overgrown vineyard & olive groves and a small lake. The chalet is not luxurious but contains all you need for a get-away-from-it-all stay immersed in nature. Access is by bumpy but driveable 1km track.

Il mio alloggio dista meno di 1km dal centro di Forio, dal trasporto pubblico che collega Forio con tutti gli altri comuni.Le spiagge più vicine sono Cava dell ‘isola, Citara dove si trova anche il parco termale Poseidon, la Chiaia. A 100metri un chiosco con discesa al mare per colazione pranzo e aperitivi al tramonto strepitosi! Il paese è ben servito, negozi, supermercati, mercato del pesce,Bar,pub e ristoranti! Ideale per un soggiorno di coppia!

Le chalet se situe dans un espace privatif d'environ 1000 mètres carrés, fermé avec bain se soleil, coin repas, barbecue, coin apéro. Vous serez seul, à 2 mn à pied de la rivière "Asco" connu pour ses nombreuses piscine naturelle.
