Enjoy your stay in our cozy, modern studio at a quiet, centrally-located neighborhood. The property is tastefully decorated with colorful patterns and modern accents. You will feel right at home. Downtown and universities are just about a 10-minute drive, and there are vast variety of stores and restaurants on Parkway less than 5 minutes away. One of our favorite cafes, The Bada Bean, serves excellent breakfast and brunch and is just a few blocks down the street (walking distance).

Home away from home Northside charmer suite

Lovely and completely renovated 1100 sqft in-law suite, fully self contained and private. It comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen (no commercial food preparation allowed) and bathroom with walk-in shower. Queen size bed in the bedroom, with a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Has its own private entrances and dedicated driveway parking area, as well as self-check-in. No pets allowed. This is a strict non-smoking space, no smoking is allowed on the property.

A-Lure on the Bay

A-Lure is our downstairs apartment on St. George Island. The space is located right on the bay with a 100 yard long dock. It is a four block walk to the beach from this side of the island. The room includes a really nice view, KING bed, TV, wi-fi , mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and drinking water. The space has its own AC/Heat system. Access to the dock is all yours and we have a two person kayak at your disposal as well. Come and relax at our peaceful place on SGI.

Barefoot Bungalow

This is a newly remodeled ground floor mother-in-law suite located on the beach side of Hwy 98 on the West end of Mexico Beach. The unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, and two built in bunks. Access to the bathroom is inside the bedroom. It also has a small kitchen open to the living area. There is a gas grill, table, umbrella, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment in the enclosed courtyard. You may run into me outside gardening and such. *NOT BEACHFRONT!

Three Little Birds

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, Three Little Birds is a spacious and comfortable private apartment attached to our main home in Eastpoint, Florida. It is located less than a block away from St. George Sound, Apalachicola Bay. Central to Franklin county, a 10 minute drive will take you to beautiful St. George Island or to quaint Apalachicola and picturesque Carrabelle is a just a 15 minute ride away. Mother-in-law studio near St. Andrews

This is a newly remodeled studio apartment in Panama City. It is less then 1 mile to the restaurants in St. Andrews and is 20 mins away from Panama City Beach. It has a queen size bed, 1 bathroom and a small kitchen; great for two people. Everything in the apartment is brand new. It also has a covered patio with furniture for lounging. This is a small and cozy place but has great access to all the activities in the area. Wifi with Amazon Prime is included.

1/2 Way Between Tallahassee & The Shore

Private entrance into your suite! A ten foot wall was added to separate the suite from the rest of the house to give guests privacy. Super nice and modern hallway, room and bathroom for 2. Microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker are provided along with coffee, tea, creamer, bottled water and snacks. Stores and restaurants within 2 miles. 18 miles to FSU and a short drive to Wakulla Springs, Cherokee Sink, Leon Sinks, St. Marks, rivers and beaches.

The Studio is attached to the main home but is self contained with private entrance and access to backyard.conveniently located near Downtown Panama City, Historic St Andrews and 11 miles to the worlds most beautiful beaches. There are restaurants,bars,coffee shops close by. Walk to the bay for a beautiful sunset view or for a morning coffee just a few blocks away.
