We are located in a small village featuring a great family pub called 'The Malcolm Arms which is within walking distance. We are 2 miles north-west of Boston and are 150 yds from the river Witham which is great for walking, cycling, fishing and paddleboarding. One well behaved pet is welcome to stay.

There are two large bedrooms, one twin and a double, a third bedroom is situated off the double and can be utilised as a single bedroom/cot room or simply a dressing room.
