Our Annexe includes continental breakfast. A private self contained unit with its own garden, arbour, patio, and water feature. The conservatory has a dining table and relaxing chairs. The lounge has a double sofa bed if required, tv, dvd, Alexa, stereo and electric fire. There is a microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery. The bedroom has views over the private courtyard. The en suite has a double shower unit. Tea and coffee making facilities include herbal teas and ground coffee.

The apartment is in the basement of our Georgian Town House and a 20 minute walk into Liverpool city centre. It's entirely self contained with a modern bathroom, a large combined living room and kitchen with a double sofa bed, washing machine and double bedroom. The apartment is full of character with an Aga and bare brick walls and full central heating . No stag or hen parties please. Free on street parking. We implement the air bnb recommended enhanced cleaning regime.

This sandstone barn is over 250 years old, converted to the suite in spring 2022 it is located close to leisure activities for walking/cycling but also access to the historic city of Chester and shopping at the Cheshire Oaks Designer outlet village.
