Η θέση του είναι σε ένα από τα πολλά γραφικά σοκάκια της Κέρκυρας και η γειτονιά στην οποία βρίσκεται είναι πολύ φιλική. Στην γειτονιά αυτή βρίσκονται πολλά ιστορικά κέντρα, όπως: Τα ανάκτορα των Αγίων Μιχαήλ και Γαβριήλ, η αναγνωστική εταιρία, το Καποδιστριακό μέγαρο,η οργανωμένη παραλία με beach bar "Άγιος Νικόλαος",Το παλαιό φρούριο, τα διάσημα κτίρια του Λιστόν, η μεγαλύτερη πλατεία των Βαλκανίων Εσπιανάδα, το μουσείο ασιατικής τέχνης και πολλά άλλα.Ακόμη, κοντά στο σπίτι βρίσκονται πολλές γραφικές ταβέρνες,καφετέριες, αλλά και πολλά εμπορικά καταστήματα. Υπάρχουν από τις 7 το πρωί μέχρι και τα μεσάνυχτα συνεχή δρομολόγια αστικών λεωφορείων.Ακόμη υπάρχουν ταξί, αλλά και γραφεία ενοικιάσεως αυτοκινήτων και μοτοσυκλετών. Το σαλόνι περιλαμβάνει 2 καναπέδες οι οποίοι μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν ο ένας έναν ενήλικα και ο άλλος ένα παιδί
