Do you want the excitement of Amsterdam, but dont want to stay in the noisy and bussy part? My apartement is only 10 minutes away from all the excitement and lies in the green heart of Amsterdam. You even have your own private green garden with sofa and table where you can relaxe after long days discovering Amsterdam. My house is located in a green, quiet and safe neighbourhood AND 15 minutes away from city centre by bike and only 10 minutes by tram 5 and 51 wich you can take in front of my house!! It will take you to all the known places you would likt to go to like Museumplein, Dam, Leidseplein, Rembrandplein, Flowermarket, Jordaan etc.. Also the famous district called De Pijp with its many bars and restaurants and the well known Albert Cuyp market is easily reachable with tram 16 and 24 wich you can also take in front of my house! Many restaurants in my neighboorhood on 5 a minute walk for when you dont feel like going into the city for dinner. Its on the Zuidas, small business district and tram/trainstation opposite my apartment. Here you will find lunchrooms and restaurants like sushi at Sushitime, oriental food at Waga Mama, italian food at Gustavino, International food at Koetjes en Kalfjes, French at Symphony's. Also nearby you have the Scheldestraat with many restaurants from Thai food to the best fish restaurant in town, Italian food, Indonasian, Chinees, Japanese etc. Just take the metro 51 in front of my apartment for 2 stops to station Rai and then a 5 minute walk to the left and bon a petit! :-) Schiphol Airport is only 10 minutes away by public transportation... Just around the corner of my apartement you will find a big shoppingmall called Groot Gelderlandplein with everything you need like a big supermarket, bakery, bank, restaurants and many shops ofcourse. If you appreciate nature then you are also at the right place because two beautiful big parks called the Amsterdamse bos and Amstelpark are on walkingdistance from my house. as well as the beautiful Amstelriver. Free parking during the weekends and only 1.40 euro per hour during the week from 0900-1900. You can also buy a parkingcard for the whole day for only 8.40 euro!!! ( in the citycentre you pay 5 euro per hour!!!) So i would say a perfect place for couples who appreciate a good night sleep and a romantic relaxing green garden and all the excitement just around the corner! And for those who travel by car, the cheapest place in town to park your car with the guarantee of parkingplace in front of your door!! Your stay is included with use of clean towels and linen, shampoo and soap, tioletpaper, coffeemaker, watercoocker, toaster, oven, fully equiped kitchen, washer, wireless internet, tv, dvd, free coffee and tea. I will also leave you a citymap of Amsterdam and lots of information about all the tours you can do in Amsterdam. Smoking allowed only in my garden. No drugs. Er is een nieuwe keuken geplaatst in maart 2022 met koelkast, inductie kookplaat en magnetron. Nu deze klaar is serveren we geen ontbijt meer vanaf maart 2022. Dichtbij steden als Alkmaar, Haarlem en Amsterdam. De tuin met parasol en ligbedden en optimale privacy. Het huisje met eigen cv en van alle gemakken voorzien. Aan het huisje een heerlijke veranda.
