Completely furnished and supplied with all household needs. Centrally located between I-95, shopping/restaurants and beach. Check-in is 3:00p-8:00p. No check-in after 8:00p please. Vita Nova is a newly renovated carriage house that has vintage charm with a modern feel. It is detached from the main bungalow, which was built in 1922 in the heart of Jax. This cozy 1 bed 1 bath has a small kitchenette available that includes a coffee bar with a Keurig and K-cups, microwave, toaster oven, mini refrigerator/freezer, and a brand new water filtration system so the water tastes delicious right from the tap.
